createItem icon is superfluous

Hi all,

I'm trying to add an icon to a menu item and keep getting 'icon is superfluous in menu'.  I tried several things but it probably has something to do with the iconfilename.  I added an icon filename that wasn't in the icons folder but had received the same issue.
